Support and Training
While we aim to provide all resources you need to get started here, you sometimes just need individual support for specific educational challenges or technical problems.
- If you have any questions related to remote teaching, your first point of contact is your faculty’s educational and video support team.
- For more specific technical support, please check this article on who to get in touch with.
- Are you looking for a more guided introduction to Remote Teaching? Then check out the regularly organised training webinars on for example how to use Kaltura Live Room, flipping the classroom and other related topics.
For didactical advice and help with redesigning your courses we would like to refer you to faculty support, the Centre For Innovation, and ICLON. For general didactical tips, you can visit this website from ICLON about teaching and learning.
